Terms and Conditions are stated to avoid misunderstanding and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should our terms and conditions not be acceptable, goods supplied should immediately be returned otherwise it is understood that you have accepted these terms and conditions.

Accounts
At the discretion of Ideas4ADIs Ltd Credit Control and subject to acceptable conditions Ideas4ADIs Ltd may offer an account facility. All notifications of changes to an account whether as to name, address or use must be made in writing
Payments
Accounts are maintained on the condition that payment is received promptly by the required date and subject to the agreed terms at the time of application. SHOULD YOUR ACCOUNT REMAIN OUTSTANDING FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS OUTSIDE THE AGREED TERMS FURTHER SUPPLIES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SUSPENDED.
We understand and will exercise our statutory rights to interest under the Late Payment Of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms. There will be no exception to this rule and no employee of Ideas4ADIs Ltd has the authority to alter this policy.
Payment can be made by BACS and most major Credit Cards.
Please note: Ideas4ADIs Ltd does not hold onto any credit/debit card information once a purchase has been processed.

Property
The ownership of any goods supplied by Ideas4ADIs Ltd will not be transferred until all amounts owed to Ideas4ADIs have been paid in full and until such time Ideas4ADIs Ltd may repossess the goods.
Delivery
All prices quoted on our website included delivery to UK Mainland addresses.
Other destinations may incur an extra charge, which will be applied at checkout stage.
Goods order will be delivered within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated, please check individual product pages for availablilty status and up to date delivery information. (Working days = Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays)
Returns
We do not operate on a sale-or-return basis, so, please ensure the suitability of the product before purchase. If a product, purchased in error, is returned for a refund, Ideas4ADIs has the right to deduct the cost of delivery from the sum of the refund.
Ideas4ADIs Ltd will endeavour at the time of placing your order to advise you of any possible changes or revisions that they are aware of with regard to publications you have ordered. We cannot be held responsible for any failure to advise at the time of ordering. We regret we are not able to accept, as matter of course, items for return on the basis that the publication has become out of date.
Damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced free of charge – or a refund issued if you prefer – provided notification is made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Roof Signs
When ordering a roof sign with graphics, Ideas4ADIs will produce a proof, as a PDF document sent via e-mail, for the customer’s approval based on their requirements. If the customer is unsure of which font or colour they’d prefer, then a number of options can be provided as part of the proof. We accept that on viewing the proof the customer may decide to make changes. Therefore, Ideas4ADIs are willing to provide up to 3 PDF proofs without charge, after which a charge of £12.50 plus VAT will be made for each additional proof prepared. The customer will be made aware of any costs prior to any work being carried out.
If a logo or graphic needs to be created or recreated due to incorrect image format or poor quality, depending on the work involved, Ideas4ADIs may charge for this service – the customer will be made aware of any costs prior to any work being carried out.
It is the customers responsiblity to ensure that the roof sign they order is suitable for their vehicle. Notices are posted on each applicable page, providing the customer with the necessary information to make the correct choice. Damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced free of charge – or a refund issued if preferred – provided notification is made within 7 days of receipt of goods. We cannot be held responsible for any failure to advise at the time of ordering. We regret we are not able to accept, as matter of course, responsibility for items that are unsuitable for the customer’s vehicle.
Using your Roof Sign:
Check the rubber trim is secularly fitted around the edges of the sign.
Always make sure the vehicle’s roof and the magnetic feet are clean before placing the sign onto your roof.
The magnets used are rubberised and have been specifically designed for roof boxes. They are bolted to the sign and can withstand speeds of up to 100mph.
But we would advise caution using the signs in very high winds or extreme temperatures, where the magnetic rubber feet can be effected by Thermal shock.
Thermal shock occurs when a thermal gradient causes different parts of an object to expand by different amounts. This could potentially weaken the adhesion between the rubber magnets and the metal plate they are glued to. Therefore we would recommend regular checks of the magnetic feet.
